I’ve always been the kind of person who hyper-focuses on something new — whether it’s painting, plants, or the latest AI platform — and then turns around and teaches it to others. That passion for learning and sharing has carried me through two decades of work at the intersection of AI Transformation, AI Governance, Digital Transformation Leadership, Content Strategy & Operations, Enablement & Learning Strategy, and Enterprise Change Management.
My career started on the help desk, working overnight shifts at a global law firm while going to school for computer information systems. With no backup, I had to figure things out quickly, Googling my way through emergencies and learning to make complex technology sound simple. That knack for fast learning, clear communication, and calm under pressure set the foundation for everything that followed.
Nina combines fast learning, creativity, and clear communication to turn complex change into strategies people can actually use.
Over the years, I moved from being the “go-to person for one-pagers and user guides” to leading enterprise-wide frameworks and transformation programs. I worked shoulder to shoulder with senior leadership and learned the art of brevity, influence, and collaboration. Later, I built my own brand — Socially Nina — where I combined my love of content, marketing, and technology to help solopreneurs, executives, and even million-dollar brands scale their presence. I ran workshops, spoke internationally, grew a YouTube channel to 25K subscribers.
I also fully embrace being an early adopter in my personal life. My cousin calls my home “the talking house” because everything is voice-activated — though my AI refrigerator is more useful for playing Spotify and displaying family photos than for actually recognizing the food inside. I love experimenting, but I also balance it with governance and security — setting up VPNs, guarding data, and teaching others how to use these tools responsibly.
At the heart of all of it? Transformation through learning. Whether I’m working with CEOs, doctors, marketers, or my own family, I love helping people connect the dots between new technology and real-world impact. My mom once swore she could tell which of my AI-generated videos were the “fake” ones — until I explained that all of them were AI clones. My clients joke that I was teaching AI content workflows years before it was trendy. And yes, my family still tells people “Nina fixes computers,” even though these days I’m helping organizations navigate AI governance and strategy at scale.
I’ve spoken on stages from the RiseUP Summit in Cairo, Egypt, where I shared insights on how AI is transforming content creation and learning technology integration, to global events in Bahrain, where I spoke about AI transformation and enablement, and Adobe’s Learning Summit, where I led a session on instructional design and digital learning innovation. I’ve also created a LinkedIn Learning course on building a recognizable brand with Canva and publish newsletters on AI governance, transformation, and content workflows. These opportunities have allowed me to share my perspective with international audiences and shape conversations about how people and organizations adapt to change.
Her superpowers are simplifying complexity, adapting quickly to new technology, and teaching others in a way that builds confidence and adoption.
Nina blends AI innovation with human-centered leadership, creating transformation strategies that deliver results and inspire teams.
Looking ahead, my focus is on continuing to shape the global conversation as a trusted voice in AI transformation and governance. I want to share forward-looking insights on responsible AI, scalable content strategy, digital transformation leadership, enablement, and change management. My goal is to help organizations embrace AI with confidence, guide leaders and teams through change, and create spaces where people feel empowered to adapt and thrive.
Because here’s the truth: AI and transformation aren’t just about technology. They’re about people, creativity, and the ability to learn, adapt, and thrive. And that’s where I do my best work.
